Hodges Ethics Initiative
As Rotarians, we endeavor to leverage our personal and professional affairs as occasions of leadership and service. We believe that the best leaders are ethical, authentic people who strive always, to be gifts to the world. We created the Hodges Ethics Initiative to reinforce these beliefs among our members and the communities we serve. Our programming aims to engage us all in ethical conversations and dilemmas, human-centered design thinking, and service opportunities with the hope of eliciting a host of positive, inclusive, and virtuous benefits in the Research Triangle and beyond.
Our community committed to developing and demonstrating the highest of ethical standards and leveraging them to serve the common good.
The heritage of the RTP Rotary Club is founded upon leadership development and ethics. We believe that we can best fulfill our call to service above self by being strong, inclusive, and ethical leaders who actively encourage others to be the same personally and professionally.
We serve as the convener and connector among many parties within the RTP region for whom we will facilitate deliberate and meaningful programming in ethics and leadership development.
Our audience includes anyone discerning Rotary in RTP and beyond, high school students, and college students.
